Moving away from Ford Transit’s for a moment, we present a Mercedes Vito with a noisy water pump, which upon removal uncovered a complete failure of the component. Water pumps often break down when the internal bearings begin to fail – introducing play with gets worse and noisier over time. This Mercedes Vito water pump was replaced.

Ford Transit Brake Repair

This Ford Transit required new front brake discs and pads. The wrong discs had been fitted in the past causing uneven wear to the brake pads. Usually brake discs and pads are changed during servicing of the van but in this case, a mistake made by an unknown mechanic has cost the customer money needlessly and ahead of scheduled replacement of the parts.
